Lovely new RCCL commercial?

I love the new quietly demure commercial. Something about contrasting winter and cruising. I really liked the tune that played. altho I've forgotten it already. I was very impressed with the continunity of each shot. Congratulations RCCL, a really nice commercial I will watch over and over again. Is it new or am I just lame? Something about layers.. scuba wear, flurries, powdered sugar on cake. etc..

It was done for the Super Bowl, and was focused on the NE United States.

As usual, a bunch of folks on CC got angry because it did not feature children. It was aimed at Feb/Mar cruises...when kids are in school.

I've been using the DVR and fast forwarding through commercials. When do they usually air it. Would love to see a good RCCL commercial.

i was wathcing the game in las bvegas did not see any commercials...but they were on...i was to busy drinking my way thru the game...

We didn't get to see it here in the UK so i had a look on youtube and found it.......lovely advert

Yeah, I thought it was a great commercial, I have even hit rewind on our DVR just to watch it :rolleyes:

 

I like the ones that feature "family" but it does make me feel better to see one that also features "romance" - esp since DH and I don't have kids yet AND we booked during school days.

 

Both are nice, but this commercial was (for lack of a better word) classy

The commercial is awesome! The best since the old "lust for life" ones.

Great commercial, but they still feel compelled to get "Why Not" in the tag line.

Why not - get over your last bad ad campaign completely and rehire the agency that used "lust for life" - that beat still make me ready to cruise!
