Which cruise lines do you pay taxes on?

I know some cruise lines you dont have to pay winnings taxes on, which lines are they? What is the amount you're allowed to win without paying taxes on the other lines?

On Royal Caribbean you do not have to pay taxes. On NCL you do on any winning over 1200.00.(they give you a W2-G)

W2-G for slot winnings of $1200 or more. For table games it's only given on winning over $1200 if the result is from a bet where the odds are 300:1 or greater. They will aslo give you a win/loss statement (so you can offset the winnings by the losses).
