Laundry service on Spirt questions

Has anyone done the $20 all you can get in the bag laundry service with NCL expecially on the Spirit? Are they careful that they don't shrink things especially if it says wash only in cold water or dry clean only? Do they Iron slacks & shirts and do they come back on hangers or folded. Any feed back on what you think of the laundry service on NCL would be greatly appreciated. Also, is it still $20 and what day of the week do they usually offer the laundry service did it come back the same day or next day?

I would never send hand wash things to a laundry to wash, maybe dry clean but not wash. The bag of wash always comes back folded or on hangers as the piece should be and it was my understanding they ironed the shirts and pants(shorts too) and it comes back on the next day after it is picked up.
