Here's the link to make reservations directly through Nachi Cocom. It will show you whether they have availability on your selected date immediately and if there is availability it will prompt you to make a deposit for your reservation.

(Note: I made a reservation last week and received the PayPal confirmation, but did not receive any confirmation from Nachi. After a couple of days, I emailed their reservations address and got a prompt reply.)
