How do you view Onboard Credit Account prior to boarding

I can not find any mention of Onboard Credit Account within my reservation documentation on line. We received an RCI Gift Certificate, which I have since applied on-line, to have it placed into my on-board account, for a sailing we are on the first week of April. Our Cruise Planner/Agent also arranged for on-board credit for us, as part of our reservation. Does anyone know if there is a place to view your onborad credits within the RCI checkin section of their Website? I just want to ensure that it is all truly there before we sale, so I dont waste anytime once on the ship trying to determine if I have all appropriate credits in my account.

i have never been able to view mine. its always been there . others may know if you call if they will tell you but every agent is different. good luck

You can request a copy of your invoice and it will be listed there. Some show up as PP (per person), so if you have $100 OBC, it will show up as C..OBC...$50 PP.

I'm unsure if there is a way to view it online.

As previously mentioned, call RCI and ask for a Confirmation Invoice be emailed to you. Your OBCs should be listed under Booking Charges and will be in code.

 

Once on board, your credits will usually show up on day 2 of your cruise.
