Difference between rooms with a diamond symbol that means queen bed?

Trying to decide on a balcony room on the Spirt. Some have a triangle symbol which means sleeps three, and some have an additional diamond symbol which means queen bed. What do you get if it is not a queen bed?

Deck 9 is the only option I am being given for current price point. Good, Bad, ugly?

The diamond symbol for queen bed means you get a queen-size bed that cannot be split into two beds. Otherwise, you normally get two twins that can be kept separate or pushed together.
