Rottweiler Puppy Posted March 6, 2011 #1 Share Posted March 6, 2011 All it does is take you to a generic search page that does NOT work for crap. It does however help you find a cruise. (I already have one booked). Bite me Carnival. Every damn link on your page takes me to that stupid page. Every single link. OK I feel better. I know some fans will wet their pants over this, but hey. Its cruiseCRITIC after all.

Aeeo Posted March 6, 2011 #3 Share Posted March 6, 2011 A Big Ditto Here Rott! The FAQ rarely helps me, it seems useless! I just use google and it seems to give me more concise information of carnival.com's own pages. Jay
kris12 Posted March 6, 2011 #4 Share Posted March 6, 2011 can't argue with you...I've never found the information I was looking for on the carnival FAQ page. Its not very user friendly.
Frank12 Posted March 6, 2011 #5 Share Posted March 6, 2011 They used to have a pretty good FAQ page. I have not tried it lately. Probably another one of their "improvements" (not!) to their website.

PaulMedik Posted March 6, 2011 #7 Share Posted March 6, 2011 ........... Its cruiseCRITIC after all. Indeed it is CruiseCritic, but it's not website critic. ;) I do agree with you though. :) While it would be nice for Carnival to have a better FAQ section, cruise critic would be way less cluttered with questions. Perhaps Cruise Critic should offer our FAQ section to Carnival?
Rottweiler Puppy Posted March 6, 2011 Author #8 Share Posted March 6, 2011 Perhaps Cruise Critic should offer our FAQ section to Carnival? Honestly this is a much better place to go.
PaulMedik Posted March 6, 2011 #9 Share Posted March 6, 2011 Honestly this is a much better place to go. Rottweiler Puppy, Now if we can just get Carnival to embed the redirect to Cruise Critic on their FAQ search instead of that generic page, we'll have a lot more visitors. On second thought, I'm sure Cruise Critic management would like the influx of web hits, but would we as members like it? :p
