From Marmaris to Pamukkale

Our ship, Constellation will be at Marmaris from 8 am to 12 midnight, Oct.6, 2011. Yet it offers no tour to Pamukkale nor the nearby Hierapolis. Is it possible for the private tour to cover both sights in 12 hours?

I am on Oceania, Nautica in 2013 and also interested in we can get to Pamukkale from Marmaris. I hope someone replies and gives the name of a tour company to get us there.
