No.

 

Diamond Lounges exist only on Freedom class and Oasis class ships.

 

The Explorer will have a nightly Diamond Event, where wine, champagne and soda are free, and other drinks are available to be purchased with a 25% discount.

 

The location will depend on the number of D passengers on that sailing.

On our last ExOTS cruise (April 29, 2010), the 19th Hole was the Diamond lounge. It is located on the starboard side of Dizzy's.
