I have had a few wrap around balconies and enjoyed them. I see the wrap arounds on the Dream are smaller. Are they worth the extra money? If so which decks are best to be on?

Yes, they are worth the extra $. Deck 6 is most similar to Conquest class size wraps.

Diagram of decks look like cabin on deck 7 are bigger, not necessarily the balcony.
