Yes, call them the week prior to boarding, and let them know that you are coming and need help. The will have wheel chairs (wc) and push assist to get you through the TSA scan and up to the counter, and up to your cabin. You must make it into the terminal on your own. But once inside the process is fairly smooth, dependent upon how many disabled are aboard that sailing.
