Excursion Question in Skagway

Hi Everyone,

 

Need your help...I have booked the White Pass Scenic Railway 3.5 hr tour (Princess) for my family of six. I discovered another tour that has my interest, The Takshanuk Mountain By Trail. Would love to do them both however they overlap...any suggestions as far which tour do you think is better? Ages 15, 19, 21, 30 & 49x2 Or perhaps does anyone know if you can book an independent ATV tour in Skagway in the afternoon??

The Takshanuk Mountain tour is in Haines, which requires a ferry, and the added time. You are going to have to pick one or the other, unless you are in port very late and can pick up the 4:30pm train?? Depending on the ATV schedule?

It depends on what your interests are but also on when you're coming - if early in the season the Takshanuk ride doesn't get very far up the mountain due to snow.
