Beaches close to san juan

We will be in port from 8am to 5pm. We are looking for a nice beach with food and drink on the beach. We have narrowed in down to Piniones with their food stalls or Ocean Park. How much should a cab cost to Pinones and can we easily pick one up when we want to go back to the ship? If plan A does not pan out, are there places on the beach to eat and drink @ Ocean Park? Any help would be appreciated.
