Shore excursion for different cabins

There are 6 people going on our cruise (2 cabins) and we all booked the same shore excursions.

If someone delivers our tickets on embarkation day, how do I go about making sure we are all on the same transfers and such?

For shore excursions one typically goes to the meeting place where bus/transfer assignments are made. Thus you ***must*** show up as a group and request same assignments.

With 2 cabins it should be easy to compare excursion coupons. Each coupon is per person, and has an excursion number and letter. Should they not match then contact the excursions desk immediately.

Unless it is a very large group, you must all enter the holding room together. So for OP with 6 in the group, one person could not get the stickers for the others. Each would have to get their own. To insure they are together, they would have to meet up to enter.

When we had a large group traveling together who wanted on the same bus we sent one person in to get the bus assignments and it worked fine.
and I cannot count how many times I've seen them excursion staff tell the one or two persons that were there that they would have to wait until the rest of the party showed up before they would be given their stickers (which are the bus assignments).

Most excursions staff will enforce having the shole party there at one time.
