There have been quite a few up there lately.

No tsunami warning issued though.:cool:

Also heard Cairns was rattled by one a few days ago.

Now thats a worry:eek:

My missus reckons that it is the moon that is causing all the seismic activity.

 

Today it is closer to the earth than it has been for many years and it's gravitational pull is causing it.

 

Sounds a bit "out there" for me but who knows.

Cairns wasn't exactly "rattled" by an earthquake. It measured about 3.0 and apparently they happen every few months. They're just so small you can't feel them.
