non-beach day in nassau

dh and i went to cabbage beach the last time we were in nassau and had a blast. however, on this cruise we're doing coco cay which is a beach day - so we were thinking of doing non-beachy things in nassau. we were thinking of doing senor frogs because, well, it's senor frogs and we've never had a drink there. i've heard about the daq shack - is it worth hunting down? and while i've never tried conch and am not a *huge* seafood fan, dh does love fish and i think we're both ready to try them. should we go down to the fish fry area?

this will definitely not be our last time in nassau, and we really just want to take it easy - but i don't want to walk off the ship without any ideas. are the dak shack and fish fry area within walking distance? are the jitneys safe, and are they super crowded? and does anyone else have any neat ideas that we can do (aside from things involving bathing suits and pirate tours)? thanks in advance :)
