Thank You Princess

Just want to say Thank You to Princess for the wonderful suite upgrade on our recent Hawaii cruise on the Sapphire. Our friends were also upgraded to the Mini Suite E731 which was the room we orginally had. We had a wonderful trip and enjoyed sharing the wonderful balcony with our friends, and afternoon tea. We had a bad cruise in the past and this more then made up for that. Princess does care, and that is where our loyalty lies..

Our room steward William was awesome. He took great care of us and does an outstanding job. I really think this guy should be a supervisor and teach his trade to others as he has been with Princess since the beginning and knows the Princess experience. We love the Sapphire and sailed on her when she first came out. She does need a little TLC and with a future drydock comming up she will shine again. The staff on the Sapphire were all outstanding in every area we had contact. Met some wonderful staff who shared their lives with us for a short time. I would say more Hawaii themed entertainment should take place on the four sea days prior to Hawaiian Ports , but all in all I had a wonderful time and was truly blessed in receiving such a gift as a suite which was a true experience.Thank You Princess!!
