age for casino

at what age can you go into the casino?

I believe 18 to gamble. I see kids in there all the time but they are not supposed to be. It is a smoking zone and really smokey, Im a smoker and I cant stay in there long it gets so bad, I dont think I would want my kid in there.

 

If they think you are not of age, I have seen them ID.

Technically it's 18 to play, but on my last cruise in January there were several who were obviously younger playing slots! No one seemed to notice, or care. :confused:

Both on the Voyager and the Explorer, they were VERY strict about enforcing the 18 year old requirement.

On Serenade, they were pretty strict - I didn' see anyone who looked younger that 40 who wasn't asked (and made to prove).

I am sailing on the Adventure on May 8, and if I see kids in the casino, I will bitch to high heaven to RCCL

 

It's amazing that I see all these posts on this forums from parents who protest that their kids are wonderful and well-behaved. Apparently, these ill-behaved children on cruise ships don't have parents. If the shoe fits, wear it.
