Rottweiler Puppy Posted March 23, 2011 #1 Share Posted March 23, 2011 I live near the beach and go every Saturday. I always bring my binoculars with me to enjoy the scenery and see what people are catching in their boats and on the pier. Do any of you bring some on cruises? I plan on bringing my two favorite pair. A 7x50 Steiner Military/Marine (excellent night optics for stargazing as well day daylight use) and my smaller 8x30 Steiner Predators to take everywhere. Just wondering if you take any and what kinds or recommended.
Flatland Posted March 23, 2011 #2 Share Posted March 23, 2011 I always take a foldable set of 10x Nikons I usually have with me when I travel for work. They easily fit in a pocket or in my cam-corder case. Small binocs really expand the enjoyment of our shore excursions too. Kev
Luv2Travelnow Posted March 23, 2011 #3 Share Posted March 23, 2011 I have a couple of cheap small binoculars I brought on my last cruise with OV cabin. I will be using it much more with a balcony cabin. :)
