eek Posted March 9, 2005 #1 Share Posted March 9, 2005 we are on the Sun March 26. Can my husband rent a tux for formal night when we arrive on the ship? Or do we have to do it now? Yes, I know he can wear a suit too.
caviargal Posted March 9, 2005 #2 Share Posted March 9, 2005 Just a note to say that I have sailed the Sun four times and really enjoyed her. I did not see a tux rental on board but a quick call to NCL will get you an answer. And, FYI, there were VERY few people dressed up on formal nights. Nitemare Posted March 9, 2005 #3 Share Posted March 9, 2005 Norweigian Sun? Or Sun Princess? For best answers about a specific cruiseline, you should ask on their dedicated boards here at Cruise Critic. Good luck!
traveller99 Posted March 9, 2005 #4 Share Posted March 9, 2005 Hi, all. I've rented a tux on a number of occasions from Crusieline Formal (http://www.cruiselineformal.com/) . Always been most satisfied - look, feel and fit was outstanding. There are a number of options, too. Check it out. You arrive on the ship and it's in your closet, neat and no wrinkles or having to lug it around. When you depart, leave it in the closet and the room attendant takes care of the rest. One less thing to pack. They work with all of the crusielines. ps. My Avatar shows one of their offerings...
