Poesia- late night entertainment?

We're sailing with a large group out of florida early next Feb. Just wondering as I read reviews people say "don't know about entertainment after 10pm due to kids needing to go to bed" what entertainment is there after 10pm?

 

Is the late night entertainment just the disco and 3piece band with singer in a few lounges? I read in one review on a different site they supposedly had a "adult only" Moulin Rouge style show in the Pigalle Lounge at some point?????

 

We were on Costa Atlantica this past winter and loved the italian international non americanized cruise style, That being said we were with a large group which had our own entertainment schedule so didn't see much of the ships things except the main theater shows which weren't bad. I did notice the ship activities/entertainment nearly died at 10pm except for 1-2 lounge singers which seemed to do the same songs each night just in a different order.
