What would be the best night to go to the steak house on the western Dream cruise. I wouldnt want to miss the formal nights in MDR, so those days r out. It is very port intense the other days, so just trying to figure out the best night. Thank you

The Elegant Evenings are the night of your first full day on the ship, Sunday, and then the fourth or fifth night of the voyage.

I assume that Sunday is a sea day, of course, so where will your ship call on Monday???
