taxi to Tampa pier with stops

We're taking a taxi from the airport to the pier, which I understand from other the charge is a flat $25. Does anyone know how much extra we're looking at if we stop some place to pick up soda and juices, and maybe some wine? Any ideas as to where to stop would be helpful also, not familiar with this area at all. Thank you:D

Tell the cab driver what you want and he'll know where to stop - you can either leave it on the meter and shop fast, or offer him a $10 tip to stay on the flat rate (meaning you'll pay $35 instead of $25); a good deal for him (he keeps his tips), but not so good for the cab company.
