Where does Carnival dock in St Martin near Phillipsburg? How near??? Walking distance??

Downtown Phillipsburg is accessible from the pier via water taxi. $5/pp/day for unlimited trips.

I suppose it's walkable. I *think* it's a couple of miles one way. Not a terribly picturesque stroll if you ask me.

Tef43 is right, the walk would be perhaps 15 -20 minutes, and not particularly scenic but certainly do-able. In the map below, the cruise ship pier is on the southeast corner of Great Bay, to the bottom right.

For five bucks, I'd take the water taxi (for which you get unlimited use for the day). A regular taxi would only be a few dollars.
