would appreciate any information on the atlantis. is there a charge to enter? is it worth it? never been there before. thank you..

It is free to roam the public areas: shops, casino, restaurants. There is a charge for "The Dig", which is an amazing aquarium. You cannot get access to the pools and water areas unless you buy a day pass. There are a few ways to obtain that pass.

It is a beautiful place just to walk around.

Yes, there is a charge. You can book through the cruise line (check their website for pricing). If you search through the boards, you may find cheaper ways to get in. If you just want to see the hotel, casino, etc. there is no charge, other than transportation to the hotel. You can look through one of the windows into a very small part of the aquarium. If you want to see the rest, you'll have to pay for a tour. If you want to try the slides and pools, you'll have to book an excursion, or room.

If you have not seen it, then it's probably worth seeing at least once.
