We will be in st martin on 6-29-04 on the disney magic 2 adults & 1 child 11 yrs. Can we buy the tickets the day we get there?

Has anyone done the DUCK tour before? Just saw some information online about it & was curious as to how it is? We will be in St. Martin next week & might like to try this tour.
