Do you pay with cash or credit?

I want to take my kids parasailing and or jetskiing and assumed I would pay with a creditcard...after reading about credit card issues I am worried. What have others done?

We were at Bikini Beach at Orient Bay and my son and his girlfriend went para-sailing....it was $40 p/p cash for 1/2 hr. They got some great pictures of the beach and water as they were para-sailing so bring your waterproof camera.

I could be wrong here, but it has been my experience that the people who run these watersports are cash only folks.
