Salsa and Salsa in Cozumel

I see that NCL has a new excursion in Cozumel called Salsa and Salsa. It sounds like a lot of fun.. lots of food and 'ritas.. all you can drink. Then they teach you the Salsa.. interesting to say the least. Has anyone out there done this excursion and if so what did you think? :D

I had friends just return from a cruise and they took this excursion. They said it was one of the highlights of their trip. As they told me it was a "Must Do". Salsa and Salsa has a facebook page also.

I did this excursion on another cruise line in both Cozumel and in Puerta Vallarta I believe. Both times were wonderful. Lots of drinks in addition to good recipes and salsa dancing that you are given to use at home. It was a very informative excursion. :p

So you think it is worth the money?

We did the Salsa and Salsa in Puerta Vallerta, it was fun and well worth the money. The ladies running it were a blast. We learned to make the margaritas while sampling many, they kept your glass full. Also made salsa, they gave you the recipes to take with you. Then they had a dancing session teaching the salsa, it was fun due to the drinking. Then we hung out at the pool on the resort. I would definitely recommend it.

I agree with the other posters. We did this in Feb in Cozumel. This excursion will be on our list to do if we find them in another Caribbean port. Well worth the time and money.

Thanks everyone for your replies. I thought this just sounded like it would be a hoot. By the time you start learning how to do the Salsa you have had enough to drink to have fun with it.

 

Any know how much time they give you afterwards to enjoy the beach?
