PCH, the parent of Oceania Cruises and Regent Seven Seas Cruises, has not filed an S-1, however the company is likely taking its time to reap the impact of Marina’s introduction early this year and, meanwhile, talks about a newbuild for Regent and possibly for Oceania, beyond Riviera, are ongoing.

We were on the Insignia last month and the future sales rep told me that if the economy continues to improve, Oceania is looking at 2 more Marina-class ships after Riviera, one in 2013 and the other in 2014. We'll see...

Haven't heard a peep about a new build for Regent, but they'd better be considering it, to keep apace with new builds from Silversea and Seabourn!

If "O" continues to grow they will need to improve their entertainment and their onboard lecturer personalities. IMHO, these are the only departments which make them less desirable than SS and Regent. The price differential is getting less and less between these luxury lines but I think, despite of these weaknesses, we will stick with "O." We look forward to seeing for ourselves, if there have been any improvements, on a Marina voyage in a couple of months.
