o.k. haven't seen this question...:O)

Recommended Posts

got a JS (W) for a 13 day-terrific price....have a walking "issue"-seen one closer to midship but the JS's are now $300 more...all this happened in 2-3 days...so can I change cabins closer to midship-a few available- does the higher price make a difference? Can you make a switch within the same cat. if the price goes up? I have one on hold and have Emailed my TA but wondering if anyone can answer....thanks!

Put it on hold? Why didn't you just call your TA and ask to switch?

I hope you didn't put this one on hold as well as keeping what you have. If you did, then it will have to be "released" first before your TA can snag it for you.

Either way, don't leave it to email. Phone your TA and get it switched before you lose it completely. The hump cabins are very coveted cabins and you'll love a JS hump! I had one on the Mariner and it was the best cabin I ever had!

I put in on hold because often RCCL has their "specials" at odd hrs. and my TA wasn't open...it worked out...my TA called and I switched from a forward JS on 9 to a hump JS on nine-perfect-I have found if you are not demanding but nice they will work with you!

Glad it worked out for you. You made a great move. Not only will you wind up with a much larger balcony, it will feel more private too. That, plus the convenience of a midship.......oh yeah baby! Good job. :D
