Sightseeing by Golf Cart

How much time do you need to to tour Grand Turk by Golf Cart? How long does it take to get from the port to the lighthouse by golf card? We will be in port from 7 am to 3 pm and want to tour the island, but we also don't want to be driving the golf cart all day long, either. Any ideas?

It would depend on how many dirt road and stops you make.

We were there last week and had the cart for 4 hours.

We went to the lighthouse but did not go directly there so I really could not tell you how long it takes to get there. I would guess if you go directly there it would take 20 minutes.

We also stopped at Governor's Beach and Jack's Shack.

The island is 7 miles long and 1.5 miles wide.

The cost is $80.00. I think I read he may have raised the price to $85.00.

He also has jeeps for rent, I think they are the same price.

You also bring it back with 1/2 tank of gas or give Nathan $10.00.

He is right outside the gate at the cruise center.

Most people reserve in advance because you don't know if one will be available when you get there.
