Summer airfares may climb 15%

Gas is already four bucks a gallon in some states.

No driving to Florida for me , much less flying.

It's like paying double for a cruise already.

Gas prices are outrageous. It cost me nearly $2 to get to the port and back home. Used to be about $1.25 roundtrip.

I have been watching the flights for a few weeks now for my trip in September. They have gone up almost 80 dollars in the past week!

I am going to hold out...I still have hopes that it will go down a little being that I am flying out the week after Labor day!

I'm hoping the prices will come down before I have to buy my flights for my cruise in Nov 2012, Last time I flew to Miami is was $240/pp now it is $450/pp to FLL and they are about $100 cheaper than Miami. :(

I was gonna hold out too. Thought maybe I could get a good deal for flying on a holiday and coming back well after the holiday. But I got our tix for about $105 per person, each way. And I would kick myself if I couldn't find a good deal and got stuck with $400-$500 tix. So, GOOD LUCK! Let us know how you do! I'm sending low-price vibes your way!
