I need your help please

We are cruising the Med in three weeks and my Brother has just been diagnosed with a Brain Tumour. He is bing flown home from America today.

 

We have Mapfre Insurance through RCI and I am trying to find out if we are covered if we have to leave the ship mid-way.

 

Any help gratefully received.

Sorry to hear about your brother, I can only suggest that you contact the Insurance company and put the question to them direct.

What you might get on here could end up costing you thousands. Best play it safe !

 

There should be a contact number on the insurance policy documents, if not contact RCCL for guidance but get it in writing and not

verbal

Thank you for your reply, I intend to contact the insurance company tonight to let them know the situation. I hope to have a look at the document also to see if it can help.
