thescot123 Posted April 21, 2011 #1 Share Posted April 21, 2011 This morning, I noticed that I could no longer retrieve my booking. When I log in with my email address, I can see that it states 10 days before cruise. However, when I click on "Manage My Cruise", it will take me to "Welcome Aboard" page. I click "Access My Booking Now" and it will throw up a pop-up asking for booking number, name, birthday etc. When I enter this info, I get a "unable to retrieve your booking (error 9000). It used to work so what is happening. Has anyone else seen this issue. At least, I have printed my booking info including the boarding passes. It is no says "Oops the site is currently unavailable" It appears that they are either fixing the website. hopefully all will be well later today. When I click on 'Manage My Cruise' I then get the option to click on 'Access Your Booking Now'. I fill in all my information & click 'Submit' & all it does is refresh the page! They should be back online by 9 Eastern time. Thanks for the reassurance. I am going on the Inspiration in September and my inlaws wanted to go and I called Carnival and they told me it was either sold out or chartered. I was freaking out about the chartered comment.
