KCMiller Posted April 21, 2011 #1 Share Posted April 21, 2011 Hi, I believe we'll be booking a trip to the Blue Lagoon (WAAAY less expensive than booking through the cruiseline), but I was curious about the $15 add on for a snorkling trip. Do they take you somewhere on a boat for good snorkling, or is this just a rental of equipment and you wade into the water and snorkle right there? If so, we'll bring our own gear, but I wanted to ask. Thanks, KC
JYeagersGrl Posted May 2, 2011 #2 Share Posted May 2, 2011 They take you on a boat unless things changed. We didn't do it but when I inquired that's what they told us. There are LOTS of fish in the lagoon you just have to swim out as far as you can go from shore (which isn't deep at all) and the further down the shoreline the more fish there are. Not much coral formations though. They like cheerios.

Thanks.
