Can anyone tell me which hotels/resorts offer day passes?

I'm not sure that day passes are something many hotels in Barbados offer. You would have to contact them directly to find out. The beaches are free and there are some with facilites like bathrooms and showers, like Accra Beach, Miami Beach (Enterprise) both on the south coast.

 

Restaurant places like The BoatYard and Weisers, which are mainly bars and restaurants right on the beach and they have chairs and water sports as well.
