snowmen Posted March 13, 2005 #1 Share Posted March 13, 2005 Does anyone know which nights will be formal on the Sapphire in July? We leave on Sunday July 3 if that makes any difference.
redrobin Posted March 14, 2005 #2 Share Posted March 14, 2005 Good question, was wondering that as well! Along that line, does anyone know typically what the different dinner "themes" are for each night on the cruise? And, speaking of eating, with a cruise to Alaska, on average, how often do you eat a meal on the balcony? Mid-summer, have you found it to be comfortable or too cold? Thanks! eileen11 Posted March 14, 2005 #3 Share Posted March 14, 2005 We'll be on the Sapphire on July 3rd, too, and we're also wondering which nights are formal. We're also wondering which night they serve Alaskan King Crab Legs!!! Does anyone know???
snowmen Posted March 14, 2005 Author #4 Share Posted March 14, 2005 I am with a fairly large group on the Sapphire July 3...how about you? Hope we get an answer about which nights are formal. I look forward to those.
Flintstone Posted March 14, 2005 #5 Share Posted March 14, 2005 Since we will not be on the Sapphire til June 19...I can only pass on what I've been told. From what I understand, formal nights are Day #2 and Day #6 (both At Sea days). Someone correct me if this is wrong. As for the crab legs....DH is hoping EVERY DAY!! (but somehow I doubt it). eileen11 Posted March 15, 2005 #6 Share Posted March 15, 2005 Hi Snowmen We're a small group of 4- two couples. We live in AZ and our friends are coming from CA. This will be our first trip to Alaska and we're all very excited about it! So, how large is your group?
