Activities on the GLORY for 20yr. Olds

Hi everyone! This summer I am going on my first cruise on the GLORY! I am traveling with my friend’s family, and we are so excited. I am 20 years old and I know that on the ship you have to be 21 to drink, but does that mean I can’t go into the “bar” areas? I keep hearing different things so I wanted to check.

Although we will not be 21, we want to be able to hang out with people our age. If anyone has any suggested places we should go on the ship let me know. I’m very excited to hear details. Thanks a lot!

Hi... I was (and still am) 18 when I went on the Spirit a few weeks ago, so I'll tell you my experiences. You cannot drink (unless you are going to do so in a port where the drinking age is 18 such as mexico) You can go to the nightclub and play in the casino when you are over 18, or at least this is what the Spirit allowed. Drinking is pretty much the only thing you are going to be restricted from onboard. I would DEFINITELY suggest checking out the nightclub early on in your cruise to meet people. I also met a lot of people just walking around the outsidedecks at duringthe day and especially atnight as well. Then again, most of the people I met like that were males, and I'm a pretty decent looking girl, so that could be why ;). As for hanging out in bar areas, of course you can. You canstill buy sodas or virgin drinks, which make them money, so they wont shoo you away or anything.

Hi,

Aww, we will miss each other by a few weeks. I will be on the Glory on 7/23. Be sure to post a review through the eyes of the 20 somethings, lol (I'm 21, traveling with all ladies, one including my 22 year old best friend). I haven't seen any reviews posted by the younger crowd, but I'm sure that all ages will probably be represented. Have fun!!!
