hell, turtle farm with rental car. what else?

We are renting a car for the day. I have been to Cayman a few times. Traveling with GF and another couple. We might go to hell, turtle farm and 7 mile beach.Any other must do?

 

We live in Belize, so dont need to see the rays.

Go to St. Pedro's Castle on the southside of the island. Stop in Bodentown. As for the turtle farm, just go into the gift shop and look out the window. As our taxi driver said "once you've seen one turtle you've seen them all". Agreed.
