Norwegian Spirit 3/13-Insurance Claim update

For those that wanted an update I thought I would post my outcome.

 

Originally the claim was denied based on the Medical Emergency; the insurance company completely missed the Engine trouble portion. It was resubmitted based on that and this weekend I did receive a check. It looks like they took the total paid for the cruise and divided it by 7 paying the amount for 1 day missed.
