Puntaneras Ziplining -- I'm confused

We will be on the Serenade 4/23, and the ship does not appear to offer a ziplining excusion. Does anyone have a recommendation as to WHERE we should do this and how to book it? I called the canopy tours place, http://www.canopypago.com, but there was a definite language disconnect, and I'm not sure Mahogany Park is where we should go. Advice please!
