mariemorgan Posted May 10, 2011 #4 Share Posted May 10, 2011 I don't think it is.. I did a little researching last night and it seems there's a place called Seawinds Beach club which is near Secrets St James. It looks like the picture from the Excursion page. http://travel.webshots.com/album/578579593aAEBMs
hancogran Posted May 10, 2011 #5 Share Posted May 10, 2011 I believe, Seawinds is in Negril which is about half an hour from Montego Bay. I've never been there but have been to Sunset Beach in Mobay. It really was a great day and so close to the port. :)

From Mo Bay to Falmouth is about a hour drive.
LuckyUs3 Posted February 24, 2012 #7 Share Posted February 24, 2012 Seawinds family beach club is through Carnival (well it was for us). It is next door to Sunset Beach Resort. There is a chain-link fence separting the two. I've been to both and prefer Seawinds. Seawinds includes non-motorized water toys, food and drinks. Very nice pool, swim up bar and a little shopping. Very, very nice. Water was beautiful. Does this excursion go to the Sunset Beach Resort near the cruise terminal??

LuckyUs3 Posted February 25, 2012 #9 Share Posted February 25, 2012 tons of shade. U can pull ur lounge chairs out into the sun; otherwise you are under palm trees and umbrella. LuckyUs3 Posted February 27, 2012 #11 Share Posted February 27, 2012 Booking thru the ship it took us by bus. U can see the ship from the front of the resort. Guessing since I didn't time it, but less than 15 minutes for sure. How long does it take to get to there?

BellflowerCruiser Posted May 2, 2014 #13 Share Posted May 2, 2014 Is this beach club a "safe" walkable distance, or would you recommend a taxi?
SeaCruiseNow Posted May 2, 2014 #14 Share Posted May 2, 2014 It is a gated beach club. We booked through Carnival excursions and were picked up and taken there and back. I dont think you can walk in. It is the family part of Secrets which is adults only. Right next to each other.
