That's an upgrade, not an upsell. An upsell call is typically outgoing, almost like a lottery.

 

They priced-out the cost for you to upgrade, and you thought it was worthwhile. Not the same thing.

Call came to me from the upsell dept. Call it whatever you want. It was an outgoing call from the upsell dept.

Wow. As far as I've heard, you're the first.

 

 

Anyone else? This would be a great development. Up until now they've essentially blacklisted CAS guests from Upsells. Would love to have the CHANCE at the best of both worlds.
