Does Carnival still have these? If so Where would I find them?

They are out there then. They were around on my last cruise.

If you are referring to drink coupons.....you can purchase them online at the Carnival website under the Bon Voyage link. You can purchase coupons for soft drinks or mixed drinks. (I think you have to purchase two weeks prior to sail date)

I know that Royal has the Value Coupon Booklets for past guest but have never seen one on Carnival:confused:
