Bermuda in April?

We booked a cruise for 2012 that spends three days in Bermuda late April. I am looking for anyone who has been to Bermuda in late April and can tell me how the weather was. After some weather research, it looks like average temps are mid 60s.

Thank you.

I have been the first week in May and it was coolish. I had a sweatshirt on when first getting off the ship but took it off after the day heated up a bit.

The water will be chilly.

did april 14-21 this year to bermuda and the weather was GORGEOUS !!!!! Not too hot (enough to get sunburned but not enough to feel sweaty-lol) and not chilly at all.....only problem-that time of year is "man of war" season and horseshoe bay was literally COVERED in them !!!! We went as part of our "island tour" so were able to feel that we went and had photo opp but did not get in the water (neither did ANYBODY else)....the next day we went to snorkel park (man made beach that is imo not kept up well at ALL) and although the water was a bit cool at first, within a few minutes the temp was not noticable and we were able to enjoy a swim and snorkel...Not your typical "carribbean weather" but was beautiful for sightseeing and a litle dip.....ENJOY !
