Carnival Spirit Getting Waterworks Park??

I was looking in the brochure for Carnival's Australia cruises and I noticed this.

 

Meanwhile, families are deciding what to do first: play

a round of mini-golf or splish-splash at the watertastic

Carnival WaterWorksTM. The waterpark is currently being

built just for you Aussies and it has it all. It’s got a totally

fun water playground for the kids, complete with a giant

bucket waterfall, there’s Carnival’s Twister WaterslideTM

(hope you like it slippery) and a heart-racing thrill

waterslide for the big people (and the brave little people).

 

I am surprised they are adding a WaterWorks park to the Spirit. I do wonder where they are going to put it though?

 

EDIT: According to the deck plans it is going to be on deck 11 aft.

That would be great since we have a family cruise booked for April 2012:D (I believe drydock is scheduled for Jan. 2012). There has been some discussion re: this, some are thinking serenity deck, I hadn't thought of the waterworks though!

I guess our quiet sunning spot is going to have to change now :( Deck 11 just back from the slide is our fav spot to escape from everything. Better start looking for a new one for April 2012 :)
