Use Princess transfer from Whittier to Anchorage or other provider?

After searching through lots of posts on CC (what a great resource!), I'm unsure about whether we should book a Princess transfer from Whittier to Anchorage or use a third-party provider. It appears there are concerns about some of the shuttle providers and our timeframe doesn't work for the train.

Suggestions are appreciated. Thanks!
