need advice on tour companies! which would you choose? HELP!

My family and I will be in Tortola in June for the day as a stop on our cruise on the Carnival Freedom. We have never been to Tortola, but we have decided we would like to take a snorkeling excursion. We found one we absolutely love with Patouche, but unfortunately they are booked for that day. So I'm looking for advice and opinions on what other company to use. The Patouche excursion first stops at the Treasure Caves, which we definitely want to do. It then makes a second stop at Angel Fish Reef, followed by lunch on the Willy T. Pirate ship restaurant. then if time permits they make a final stop at Miners Cove. If you have any advice on another company with a similar itenerary, please help! We have heard the snorkeling is amazing and don't want to miss out! Thanks in advance!!
