Oceanview Cabin!

Hi, Would anyone know if an oceanview cabin for three people would be enough room? When I booked, it said it could handle three. I am thinking of:o a balcony, but if I could get away with an oceanview, that would be fine.

It really does depend on what you want. If the description of the cabin says it will sleep three then it will sleep three, however, there is absolutely no comparison between an ocean view and a balcony cabin. With the balcony cabin, time in your cabin is actually as enjoyable as other parts of your cruise, whereas with an ocean view cabin, time in your cabin is time in your cabin... adequate for showering and sleep but offers little more enjoyment. If you can afford the balcony, go for it! You will never go back!:)

I agree with most of wintersky's post. Balcony cabins are a bit larger and the balcony adds to the enjoyment. Ocean view cabins tend to be a bit small but are adequate. three is tight, but workable especially if one is a child. If adults or teens you need more bathroom time, there are showers in the gym/ spa area. If you view the cabin as a place to sleep, change clothes and shower, book a cheap cabin while spending the extra money on specialty restaurants or bar or casino or whatever. If you envision more time in your cabin and can easily afford it, book a balcony.

I do not agree that "you will never go back" if you book a balcony. I switch back and forth among ocean view, balcony and suites. My cabin choice is influenced by itinerary, price, and availability.
