Has anyone tried At Wind Chimes Inn?

We're booked for the Serenade in October and are thinking of trying At Wind Chimes Inn (San Juan) for our 1 night pre-cruise. I would be interested in hearing anyone's comments - good, bad or otherwise.

 

A bit about ourselves - we prefer small boutique style places. One hotel we have really enjoyed in SJ is The Water and Beach Club however I am a bit distressed that they have not completed their remodeling project after almost a year. Because of that we decided to try something different this time. As long as they have a small bar and there are restaurants nearby we should be in good shape.
